"If you don't have a strategy, you're part of someone else's strategy."
GET IN TOUCHFabrice Marchisio, notably a graduate of HEC Paris and Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University of Law, first in his class at the Paris Bar, was trained at the law firms Coudert Brothers (New York), Gide Loyrette Nouel, and Bredin Prat (Paris).
He then co-founded the law firm CVML in 2004, which had, before his departure in 2013, twenty partners and more than sixty associates and whose international development he notably ensured (with offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, and Yangon).
Since then, Fabrice Marchisio has radically changed his approach, carrying out his legal advice activity in a digital and dematerialized way, in order to focus on his clients’ objectives in the most efficient and competitive way possible.
He intervenes in all situations where his clients feel oppressed by a third party, such as a creditor (or alleged creditor), a spouse or ex-spouse, a co-heir, or a partner, and when the case is linked, or needs to be linked, to a foreign element, that is to say, an international component.
He determines the legal and financial strategy for each case, selects local counsels, and ensures the management of the case until the desired objectives are achieved.
Fabrice Marchisio has the expertise, discretion, and understanding to handle litigations involving complex assets, property portfolios, company, and trust structures.
He generally intervenes in cases where tension is high, and where psychological resilience and combativeness play a decisive role.
According to the Myers-Briggs classification, Fabrice Marchisio’s psychological type is INTJ, an acronym for “introversion – intuition – thinking – judgment.“
This rare personality type is particularly suited to complex cases requiring strategic vision, strong creativity, and rigorous determination until the objectives set upstream are achieved.
INTJs are also particularly gifted at detecting flaws in any system.
Given the size of his structure and his direct involvement in cases, Fabrice Marchisio has chosen to offer his services only to a limited number of clients.
However, all requests which cannot be treated are directed to his network of the most suitable professionals.
Fabrice Marchisio expresses himself in French, English, Italian, and Burmese.
